IMPORTANT!
From this point forward, South Hadley High School will no
longer offer free sports physicals. Given that all students must have medical
insurance in Massachusetts, we firmly believe students will get a more thorough
physical from their own physician. We will continue to make the
Sports Physical Form available to students.
